If you’ve connected Samsung Health via Health Connect, but your steps aren’t appearing in the Challenges by SportIn app, follow these steps to fix the issue.
1. Check if Samsung Health is Tracking Steps
Before troubleshooting SportIn, make sure Samsung Health is actually recording your steps.
• Open Samsung Health and check if your daily step count is updating.
• If Samsung Health isn’t tracking steps, go to Settings > Data permissions and ensure step tracking is enabled.
