Participants in Challenges by SportIn App can win exciting prizes, either provided directly by SportIn or by third-party organizers. To ensure clarity and fairness, here are the official rules regarding prize distribution and responsibilities.
1. Choose Your Size Wisely – No Returns!
If the prize requires a specific size (e.g., t-shirts, sports shoes), it is the winner’s responsibility to select the correct size when claiming the reward. Returns or size exchanges are not allowed.

2. Processing & Prize Delivery Timeline
Once a participant is confirmed as a winner, the organizer has 15 working days to respond and confirm the prize details.
⏳ Maximum delivery time: After the 15-day processing period, the prize must reach the winner within one calendar month.
If there are any delays, the organizer is responsible for providing updates and clarifications.
3. Prizes from Third-Party Companies vs. SportIn
SportIn provides certain prizes directly, but many competitions feature rewards sponsored by external companies.
Prizes provided by SportIn – SportIn manages the process and ensures delivery according to the rules.
Prizes provided by other companies – SportIn is not responsible for these rewards. We can assist with information, but the event organizer is solely responsible for handling the prize and resolving any issues.
